We prefer vector graphic file formats. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PDF, Corel Draw, and EPS files are highly recommended. We also support JPG or TIFF raster images created at 600 dpi or higher.

Proofs are provided upon request at $10(V) by fax or email. Production time is 5 working days after receipt of proof approval for catalog quantities, unless otherwise specified on individual product pages.

$50(V). ground freight included. For each additional sample, add $7(V). Please provide account number for expedited freight. A complimentary printed sample will be provided on any order with a quantity of10,000 or more, or orders for custom items. excludes Vibrant Color. Vibrant full color, add $65(V).

Random imprinted samples will be billed at EQP and are free up to $8(Z), when a valid 3rd party shipper account number is provided. If the sample cost is higher than $8(Z) at the EQP price, you will be charged the full EQP price. If a shipper number is not provided, Evans will ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified, and customer will be invoiced for all shipping charges. Sample will ship the same day as ordered if order is received before 5:00PM Central Standard Time. Please send requests to evans.samples@hpgbrands.com.

For Standard Service your order will ship 5 working days after art approval or 5 working days after your paper proof approval.

Colors will vary depending on the product. Please check the available product colors on the web or catalog.
